Get those dancing shoes on folks as Chalfest is super excited to announce that our Friday night headliner is Radio 1’s Charlie Hedges the host of the UK’s biggest Dance Show, BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems.
Charlie’s love of dance music extends way beyond radio and by night she has toured the globe playing some of the biggest dance events and festivals including a residency with Ibiza Rocks, Drumsheds London, Amnesia Ibiza, Boardmasters, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Pacha Ibiza, Isle of Wight Fest, Summerdaze Malta and many more.
Charlie has also released various house tracks on labels such as Spinnin Records, Universal Music, Defected Records and a remix of Ella Henderson & Tom Grennan’s –‘Let’s Go Home Together’ released on Atlantic Records.
She is also the host of BBC Radio 1’s Iconic Live Lounge alongside Rickie and Melvin, a show she has so much love, respect and enthusiasm for which celebrates great artists playing their new and live music on Radio 1, a huge honour!!
